Xenon 2 was overrated, even the Amiga version which was the best at
the time (try Battle Squadron or SWIV for better shootemups). Nowdays
there is MAME, etc to play far better quality shoot'em'ups than Xenon2
anyway.

Hmmmm..... got a lot of use out of Starfighter when it first came out ...
1987 I think ? Even now I still give it a game or two when the A1000 is
powered up (it doesn't seem to work correctly under UAE - graphics get
screwed around). Fairly basic, but still a lot of (mindless) fun.

Yeah I enjoyed SWIV and Battle Squadron. But Xenon had better graphics and
weapons you could buy. MAME is certainly a better alternative these days.
I still have two working Amiga 500's at home, one hooked up to the TV for
playing on, and the other hooked up to an old Pentium 200 for transferring
games off the net to floppies and for backing up my game floppies :)
